Abstract
This document takes final action to approve the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the state of Missouri for the purpose of bringing about the attainment of the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for lead. The SIP was submitted by the state to satisfy certain Federal requirements for an approvable nonattainment area lead SIP for the Doe Run primary and secondary lead smelter near Bixby, Missouri (Doe Run-Buick).
