Abstract

EPA is approving the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Tennessee through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) for the purpose of redesignating the portion of Fayette County near Rossville, Tennessee, from nonattainment to attainment status for the lead National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
