Abstract
EPA is approving a State implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision requires the availability and maintenance of certain air pollution control equipment at the USX Corporation's Clairton Works in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The intended effect of this action is to approve relevant portions of an enforcement order and agreement entered into between the Allegheny County Health Department and the USX Corporation. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
