Abstract
EPA is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia. These revisions incorporate changes adopted by Virginia in 1989 and 1993 into the federally enforceable Virginia SIP. The intended effect of this action is to revise the federally-approved SIP to reflect the current State requirements. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
