Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the District of Columbia. This revision consists of a revised format for the District's air pollution control regulations. Except as otherwise indicated, the changes are administrative in nature, and do not substantively revise the current SIP. The intended effect of this action is to ensure that the District of Columbia's current regulatory numbering format and the District of Columbia SIP numbering format are consistent with each other. This action is being taken in accordance with section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
