Abstract

This document establishes a tolerance for residues of the insecticide dimethoate in or on the raw agricultural commodity asparagus. The Interregional Research Project No. 4 (IR-4) requested this regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the insecticide in or on the commodity in a petition submitted pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
