Abstract

This document establishes pesticide tolerances for residues of glyphosate in or on the raw agricultural commodities peppermint and spearmint. The Interregional Research Project No. 4 (IR-4) requested in a petition submitted to EPA pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) this regulation that establishes the maximum permissible level for residues of the pesticide in or on the commodities.
