Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of West Virginia. The rule sets forth policy, criteria, and procedures for demonstrating and assuring conformity of such activities to all applicable implementation plans developed pursuant to Section 110 and Part D of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The intended effect of this action is to approve the SIP revision of West Virginia General Conformity Rule. This action is being taken under section 110 of the CAA.
