Abstract

In this action, EPA is approving a revision of the Wyoming State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Governor of Wyoming on September 6, 1988. Specifically, a revision was made to the definition of ``ambient air'' in Section 3, Particulates, of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations (WAQSR). The action makes the revised definition part of the Federally approved SIP.
