Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of CryIA(c) and CryIC derived Pseudomonas fluorescens (MATTCH Biosecticide) in or on all raw agricultural commodities. Mycogen Corp. submitted a request for an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of this pesticide in or on all raw agricultural commodities.
