This document establishes a tolerance for residues of the herbicide quizalofop-p ethyl ester [ethyl(R)-2(-[4-((6- chloroquinoxalin-2-yl)oxy)phenoxy]) propanoate], and its acid metabolite quizalofop-p, and the S enantiomers of both the ester and the acid, all expressed as quizalofop-p-ethyl ester, in or on the raw agricultural commodity lentils at 0.05 part per million (ppm). The regulation was requested by the E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., Inc., under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and establishes the maximum permissible level for residues of the herbicide in or on lentils.
