This document establishes a time-limited tolerance for the fungicide cyproconazole, (2RS,3RS)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-cyclopropyl-1- (1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)butan-2-ol, in or on the imported raw agricultural commodity coffee beans at 0.1 part per million (ppm). Sandoz Agro, Inc., petitioned EPA pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) for this regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the fungicide.
