Abstract

This document exempts cellulose acetate (CAS Reg. No. 9004-35-7) when used as an inert ingredient (pesticide rate-release regulating agent) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops only. Consep, Inc., requested this regulation pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
