Abstract
The EPA is promulgating interim approval of the Operating Permits Programs submitted by the California Air Resources Board on behalf of the San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District, the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District, and the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District for the purpose of complying with Federal requirements for an approvable State program to issue operating permits to all major stationary sources, and to certain other sources.
