Abstract

This document establishes a tolerance for combined residues of the insecticide avermectin B<INF>1 and its delta-8,9-isomer in or on the raw agricultural commodity bell peppers. Merck Research Laboratories requested the regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the pesticide pursuant to a petition submitted to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
