This rule establishes exemptions from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of propionic acid when used as a fungicide in postharvest application in or on the following raw agricultural commodities (RACs): cottonseed, peanuts, rice grain, and soybeans. Stop-Shock, Inc., requested these exemptions.
