Abstract
The EPA is promulgating source category-limited interim approval of the Operating Permits Programs submitted by the State of Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) and the Jefferson County Department of Health (JCDH). The EPA is also promulgating interim approval of the Operating Permits Program submitted by the City of Huntsville Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management (City of Huntsville). These approvals are for the purpose of complying with Federal requirements for an approvable State program to issue operating permits to all major stationary sources, and to certain other sources.
