This document establishes tolerances for residues of the herbicide oxyfluorfen in or on the raw agricultural commodities blackberry and raspberry. The regulation to establish maximum permissible levels for residues of the herbicide was requested in a petition submitted by the Interregional Research Project No. 4 (IR-4) pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). EPA is also deleting the metabolites of oxyfluorfen containing the diphenyl ether linkage from certain tolerance expressions.
