Abstract
The EPA is promulgating direct final interim approval of the title V operating permits program submitted by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), on behalf of the Mariposa Air Pollution Control District (Mariposa or District), for the purpose of complying with federal requirements for an approvable state program to issue operating permits to all major stationary sources and to certain other sources. In addition, today's action promulgates direct final approval of Mariposa's mechanism for receiving delegation of section 112 standards as promulgated.
