Abstract
EPA is approving a State implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision provides for, and demonstrates, the attainment of the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for sulfur oxides in the Conewango Township, Warren County nonattainment area. The implementation plan was submitted by Pennsylvania to satisfy the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) pertaining to nonattainment areas. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
