Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This revision consists of a reasonably available control technology (RACT) Plan Approval for controlling volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from Brittany Dyeing and Printing Corporation of New Bedford, Massachusetts. The intended effect of this action is to approve a source-specific RACT determination made by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in accordance with commitments of its approved 1982 ozone attainment plan. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
