Abstract

This document establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of 3,5-bis(6-isocyanatohexyl)-2H-1,3,5- oxadiazine-2,4,6-(3H,5H)-trione, polymer with diethylenetriamine (CAS Reg. No. 87823-33-4), when used as an inert ingredient (encapsulating agent) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops. Miles, Inc., requested this regulation.
