Abstract

EPA has issued a Testing Consent Order that incorporates an Enforceable Consent Agreement (ECA) pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) with members of the TAME Producers Group comprised of the following companies: Amerada Hess Corporation, Chevron U.S.A. Products Company, Citgo Petroleum, Exxon Company U.S.A., and Texaco Refining and Marketing (the Consortium) who have agreed to perform certain health effects tests with tertiary-amyl methyl ether (CAS No. 994-05-8) (TAME).
