Abstract
EPA is disapproving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the District of Columbia pertaining to the regulation of major new and major modified sources in the District of Columbia. The intended effect of this action is to disapprove the District of Columbia regulations because they do not meet the requirements of the Clean Air Act. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
