Abstract
In this amendment, EPA is correcting a typographical error in response to requests for clarification on the reallocation of funds for Tribes. The intended effect of this amendment is to enhance the accuracy and reduce misunderstandings of the reallocation of funds for Tribes. The amendments are minor editorial changes and do not impose new requirements.
