Abstract
EPA is approving revisions to the Florida State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Florida through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) on April 24, 1995. This submittal includes amendments to the federally enforceable state operating permit program and the SIP regulations for perchloroethylene dry cleaning facilities.
