Abstract
The Commission, at the request of Coalgate Broadcasters, allots Channel 288C2 to Coalgate, Oklahoma, as the community's first local FM service. At the request of Red River Wireless Communications, the Commission allots Channel 224C2 to Blossom, Texas. To accommodate the allotment at Blossom, the Commission also substitutes Channel 227A for Channel 224A at DeQueen, Arkansas, and modifies the license of Station KDQN(FM) to specify the alternate Class A channel. See 60 FR 39819, June 12, 1995, and Supplemental Information, infra. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
