Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This revision establishes and requires reasonably available control technology (RACT) on eleven major sources, establishes permit conditions to limit three sources' emissions to below major source levels, and establishes 1990 baseyear VOC and NO<INF>X emissions for one source. This action affects a total of 14 sources. The intended effect of this action is to approve source-specific plan approvals, operating permits, and compliance permit and emission inventory figures for emission units at one source, which establish the above-mentioned requirements in accordance with the Clean Air Act. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
