Abstract
EPA is issuing a technical amendment to the final rule published in the Federal Register on March 22, 1996 (61 FR 11740) announcing the testing consent order and enforceable consent agreement (ECA) for alkyl glycidyl ethers (AGEs) in order to reflect the export notification provision of the ECA. Under the ECA, export notification is required for all AGEs represented by the test substance in the ECA.
