This document establishes a time-limited tolerance for residues of the fungicide aluminum tris (O-ethylphosphonate) (also referred to in this document as fosetyl-Al) and its metabolites in or on the raw agricultural commodity blueberry. The Interregional Research Project No. 4 (IR-4) requested the regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the fungicide pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
