Abstract

This document establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane when used as an inert ingredient (aerosol propellant) in insecticide formulations intended to be applied in food handling establishments. This regulation was requested by Whitmire Research Laboratories pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
