Abstract
On May 15, 1996 (61 FR 24460), EPA promulgated interim approval of the 40 CFR Part 70 Operating Permits Program for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The document correctly identified the effective date as May 15, 1996. However, the language to amend 40 CFR Part 70 listed an incorrect effective date and an incorrect expiration date for the interim approval of this program.
