Abstract

EPA issued a final rule document (FR Doc. 95-16287) published in the Federal Register of July 3, 1995 (60 FR 34462) (FRL-4964-5), inadvertently amending Sec. 799.1285. This document removes that amendment. Section 799.1285 was removed at 60 FR 31924, June 19, 1995 (FRL-4955-2). Because this is a nonsubstantive change, notice and public comment are not required.
