Abstract

EPA is revoking a significant new use rule (SNUR) promulgated under section 5(a)(2) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for ethane, 1,1,1 trifluoro, based on receipt of new data. Based on the data the Agency determined that it could not support a finding that activities described in the PMN may result in a significant risk.
