Abstract

This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement for a tolerance for residues of the biochemical pesticide dihydroazadirachtin in or on all raw agricultural commodities when applied as an insect growth regulator and/or antifeedant in accordance with good agricultural practices. This exemption was requested by AgriDyne Technologies, Inc.
