EPA is approving revisions to the Tennessee State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Tennessee through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation on April 18, 1995. This submittal included revisions to the current regulations concerning process emission standards for new and existing cotton gins. These revisions also provide an optional method of using selected controls to demonstrate compliance with the emission standards.
