Abstract

EPA is revoking six food additive regulations (tolerances) for four pesticides. EPA is revoking four tolerances because they violate the Delaney clause of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the other two tolerances because they are not needed to prevent adulterated food.
