Abstract

The EPA is approving revisions to the Tennessee State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Tennessee on September 1, 1993, and June 10, 1996. These revisions pertain to the Construction Permit chapter. The purpose of these revisions is to correct certain deficiencies to satisfy the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) concerning Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD).
