Abstract
The EPA is today promulgating a revision to the operating permits regulations. This regulatory revision allows the Administrator to set interim approval expiration dates for State operating permits programs beyond the maximum 2 years. Today's action also extends all operating permits program interim approvals by 10 months if those interim approvals were granted prior to June 13, 1996.
