Abstract

On May 14, 1996, the EPA published a final rule maintaining the attainment status of the Hartford/New Britain/Middletown carbon monoxide (CO) area. The attainment status designation table for carbon monoxide was published incorrectly. EPA is correcting the attainment status designation table for carbon monoxide with this document.
