Abstract
On June 17, 1996, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD) requested that EPA delegate authority for implementation and enforcement of additional categories of the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS). Since EPA's review of the State of Georgia's pertinent laws, rules, and regulations showed them to be adequate and effective procedures for the implementation and enforcement of these Federal standards, EPA has made the delegation as requested.
