This rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of octadecanoic acid, 12-hydroxy-, homopolymer, octadecanoate (CAS Reg. No. 58128-22-6) when used as an inert ingredient (surfactant and dispersing agent) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops or to raw agricultural commodities after harvest, under 40 CFR 180.1001(c).
