Abstract
EPA is approving a State implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of West Virginia. This revision provides for, and demonstrates, the attainment of the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for sulfur oxides, measured as sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2), in the New Manchester-Grant Magisterial District, Hancock County nonattainment area. The implementation plan was submitted by West Virginia to satisfy the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) pertaining to nonattainment areas. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
