This regulation establishes exemptions from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biochemical pesticides sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate in or on all raw agricultural commodities (RACs), when applied as fungicides or post-harvest fungicides in accordance with good agricultural practices. DATES: This regulation becomes effective December 23, 1996. Objections and requests for hearings must be received by EPA on February 21, 1997.
