This rule establishes a tolerance for residues of the herbicide glyphosate [N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine] in or on the raw agricultural commodity (RAC) cotton gin byproducts at 100 parts per million (ppm). Monsanto Company requested this tolerance in a petition submitted to EPA pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). EFFECTIVE DATE: These regulations become effective February 29, 1996.
