Abstract
On November 14, 1995 (60 FR 57191), EPA promulgated interim approval of the 40 CFR Part 70 Operating Permits Program for the State of Indiana. The document correctly identified the effective date as December 14, 1995. However, the language to amend 40 CFR part 70 listed an incorrect effective date and an incorrect expiration date for the interim approval of this program.
