Abstract
EPA approves the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Colorado. This revision establishes and requires the implementation of a basic motor vehicle inspection and maintenance (I/M) program in the urbanized areas of El Paso (Colorado Springs), Larimer (Fort Collins), and Weld Counties (Greeley). The intended effect of this action is approval of a basic motor vehicle I/M program. This action is being taken under section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
