Abstract
In this action, USEPA is approving a revision to the Wisconsin State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the purpose of satisfying the rate- of-progress and contingency plan requirements of the Clean Air Act (Act) which will aid in ensuring the attainment of the national ambient air quality (NAAQS) for ozone.
