This rule establishes tolerances for residues of the herbicide tribenuron methyl (methyl-2[[[[N-(4-methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2- yl) methylamino] carbonyl]amino]sulfonyl] benzoate) in or on the raw agricultural commodities (RACs) hay of grass forage, fodder and hay group (excluding Bermudagrass) at 0.10 ppm; and forage grass forage, fodder and hay group (excluding Bermudagrass) at 0.10 ppm. This regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of tribenuron methyl was requested in a petition submitted by E.I. DuPont de Nemours Company, Inc.
