This rule establishes tolerances for combined residues of the insecticide Avermectin B<INF>1 and its delta-8,9-isomer in or on the raw agricultural commodities (RACs) almonds, apples, and walnuts; and in or on processed feed items apples, wet pomace and almonds, hulls. The regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the insecticide was requested in a petition submitted by the Merck Research Laboratories, Division of Merck Co., Inc.
